Clean Beauty, Hair, & Makeup
Lather: The entire line is synthetic fragrance free. This was one of my favorite finds of the year. Love the cleanser, body balm, and gifts under $25.
Facile: The famed LA-based dermatology boutique (fun fact, I used to be the nutritionist there) launched their affordable & dermatologist formulated line this year. The entire line is a winner, while looking super cool on your bathroom counter. *SHAUNA15
True Botanicals: One of the most luxurious clean lines out there. I love that they have extensive studies for their products. Chebula Serum and Pure Radiance Oil are a dream.
Chillhouse: NYC based spa and cafe (I consult for their cafe!) make the coolest drops of nail tips that take 10 minutes, and stay on for over a week! Plus some really dreamy candles. Or get a gift card to the cafe and check out the lattes I created 🤗 *SHAUNA10
Ilia: One of the first clean beauty lines. They’re a major part of my daily rotation. Love their lipsticks, Multi Stick, and Bronzer. Here’s the full list of faves.
Merit: Minimal clean beauty line that is as chic on the skin as it looks in the packaging. I love their Perfecting Complexion Stick.
Saie: This clean makeup is one of the easiest to use with the most functionality. I use their tinted SPF Slip Tint on the daily with Sun Melt for the most natural sun-kissed look sans sun. Love their mascara too!
Prose: Customized Hair Growth supplement & products through a questionnaire on location, hair type, sun exposure etc.
Vegamour: I love this clean shampoo & conditioner. I have curly/frizzy hair AND I currently live in Miami. That is saying a lot.
Innersense: A really beautiful & intentional clean haircare line. I love their hairspray.
Caudalie: One of my all time favorite lines — amazing products with an incredible commitment to sustainability. They currently have gift bundles which is rare. Here’s the list of my faves.
Crown Affair: Chicest hair tools and haircare line. Huge fan of their dry shampoo. Their Holiday Set is chicccc and under $50
Fashion #selfexpression
Puma: This activewear brand is one of a kind. It’s bold, fun, and evokes a strong sense of self expression. Living in Mayze Sneakers these days.
Minnie Rose: This cashmere brand has the most feminine styles. Cashmere is timeless, light, and pack a major punch when it comes to staying warm. I never travel without it. Here’s 20% off with *SWM20
Parade: Sustainable, affordable, cool underwear & loungewear. Need I say more?!
Chillhouse: cutest, coziest, playful merch. Obsessed with this "Chill to the World" one for the holidays. *SHAUNA10
Aurora Sage Silk: These are stunning. Hand dyed by my friend in Los Angeles using plants, flowers, insects, indigo etc. No chemicals. Her clothes make me feel like a goddess. And they take up basically no room in your suitcase. *SOUL20
Bombas: Best socks ever. I love their No Show’s. For every purchase, they donate one pair of socks to the homeless as it’s the most requested item in homeless shelters.
Movement
JetSweat: This affordable workout streaming app has a library of amazing boutique fitness studios. Their library consists of yoga, pilates, boxing, weight training etc. — all the options for different energy levels, and hormonal needs #cyclesyncing. *SHAUNA for a free month.
ClassPass: I can’t believe I didn’t join ClassPass sooner. Being a member since the summer has opened a whole world of exploring workout studios. Their are different membership levels and you can change your credit allowance month to month if you need more or less.
Maat World: These yoga mats are so dope. It’s like working out on the coolest art print. Eco-friendly, biodegradable, and the base is rubber which provides joint protection. Wonderful for your yoga practice, weight training, or really anything else.
Sexy Time
Dame: Toys and products for pleasure and sexual wellness. I love this brand because they’re normalizing the conversation around sex and pleasure, which should have never been taboo to begin with. Their products use high quality materials, they’re water resistant, and are *definitely* made for pleasure. Highly recommend. *SHAUNA10
Double Strand Pearl Thong: I have these, and my goodness are they sexy.
MunkeyBarz Sex Belt: This is the only thing on the list that I haven’t tried yet, and it pains me with regret. I can’t wait to try it.
Nutrition & Food
Mindset CBD: CBD that allows you to choose your mindset — happy, rest, calm, focus, health. I find this brand to be one of the best qualities of CBD I’ve tried — they’re very potent and effective. And I love the attention to detail. *Shauna20
Misfits Bakehouse: Fresh grain-free baked goods. Fresh.grain.free.baked.goods. Delivered to your door. No joke, you can feel the love. Amazing gift to send, or to bring to your holiday dinners. *SHAUNA15
The Pagel: Grain free bagels, and their newest product, English Muffins will change your life. Delivered to your door.
Pzazz: Energy mist to keep in your pocket, purse, and car. When you need a little pick me up but can’t get your hands on a cup of coffee. No chemicals, no sugar. Perfect for the traveler, the work horse, or the party animal.
Remrise: For the person who wants to upgrade their sleep. This non habit forming supplement comes in pill or powder form. They continued use adds to its efficacy. I love the cacao powder to add to a warm water before bed, or the supplements for when I’m on the go.
Flamingo Estate: This beautiful California estate’s garden produces some really beautiful candles and gourmet food items.
Lifestyle
Clear: By far one of the best things I’ve ever purchased. Clear allows you to skip the TSA line by eye scan making it completely touchless. Many stadiums are adding Clear to security lines which mean you can skip the lines there too.
23 & Me: One of the best gifts I’ve ever received. The ancestry part is super cool, but the upgrade to finding out health predispositions, and fun facts like how much percentage neanderthal you are is epic (I’m 30% which means I’m good at sprinting — so they say 😄). There isn’t a gift like it out there.
TUSHY Bidet: A gift guaranteed to be used every day ;) Bidet’s help you save money and help to reduce your carbon footprint as toilepaper kills 15 million trees per year. Easy to install, and the gift that keeps on giving. Plus it’s a mood booster because how can you not say *hehe* when using a bidet?! SHAUNA10 gets you 10% off
Ripple: Zero nicotine-free plant-powered puffs. My friends and I are big fans. They smell so good that they often start conversations, and people are intrigued to learn that they’re herbs, not nicotine. I highly recommend the sampler pack — so.much.fun.
Candid Aligners: I just started mine and the process has been amazing. Candid is able to keep their price down by having one intake appointment, and then the rest of the journey is done by virtually taking your own photos and sending them into a highly experienced orthodontist with over 15+ years experience. I upgraded to the Philips Teeth Whitening trays prior to starting my aligner for a little extra.
Daysy Fertility Tracker: A hormone-free way to track your fertility. This mini thermometer with bluetooth that syncs with an app helps you see where you’re at in your menstrual cycle so you know when to be extra careful, or if you’re looking to conceive, when to not. One of the most powerful tools I’ve ver used ~ here’s a video. It’s 20% off until 12/15 which never happens. *LadyCompUS+605
Art & House Tings
Nori Press: This clothing steamer that recenetly took the internet by storm so I had to try it. It looks and acts like a flat iron but for your clothes — it’s not as bulky which makes it easy to travel with, and does the job without using water so no leakage.
KitchenAid Hand Blender: This item, by far, gets the most in my kitchen. The beauty of it is that you can blend, puree, mix with very little clean up. Just insert the blade into a mug, cup, pot, or bowl, and blend. I use it to blend bulletproof coffee, create pureed soups right on the stove, and even blend smoothies. I have the cordless version which is a tad more expensive but gives you a ton of freedom. Otherwise, here’s the corded version.
Meet Your Staff: If you never thought plungers could be cute, think again. This punchy line of everyday household items aka your household “staff” are cheeky, fun, and make you say *hehe*. Grab your neon Plunger and happy face Oven Mitts.
Laundry Room Studios Art: I can’t get enough of these. Created on restaurant guest checks, this artist uses restaurant requests that revolve around food modifications and cliche lines as text on the checks. I love the pieces for the dining room, kitchen, or as a gift for your friend who has a special love for modification, cliches, and dining out.
Unhide: I used my vegan fur blanket almost every day. There’s a slight weight to it which is incredibly soothing, and it’s just so cozy. For the homebody. *SHAUNA15
