2020 Gift Guide

If 2020 has taught us anything it’s that we need way less than we thought. It’s shown us that happiness is something we get to choose and must look for every day. And that the unknown is a constant and the only way out of it is through — ride that baby like a wave.

That being said, I have become way more discerning about the things I buy and decide to bring into my home and life. Each item, person, or experience inside of our space helps to shape the world in which we live — literally.

Here are my favorite items from the year that have helped me foster a deeper relationship with myself through slow moments, self-expression, and times of sadness. Yes, sometimes items bring joy and that’s okay too!

So without further ado, here are my soul wellness selects for you or a loved one to bring you into the new year.
