We gather weekly, in the evening — virtually that is, to create a meal together that can easily be added to other meals over the following days.

We start with cooking and preparing basics, progressing slowly through the weeks, while you learn how to build each meal in soul wellness method principles.

Your weekly instructor, coach, and cheerleader!

Shauna has transformed lives through her accessible approach to holistic health. She’s a nutrition coach + wellness chef securing her place in leading publications such as Vogue, Us Weekly, HuffPost, Poosh, WGSN, The Zoe Report, Well + Good, + PopSugar. After spending 6.5 years in Los Angeles cooking for celebrities, owning and operating her meal delivery service (cooking & personally delivering!) for the cast of a show, and building her private practice, she realized that the wellness space needed to be made more accessible. That’s what she set out to do!
