Soul Wellness Method is a philosophy for individuals who are open and willing to making positive nutrition and lifestyle changes in their life.

The Method is a thoughtfully curated way for me to provide love and support to help guide you to reaching your goals. The Method is the very essence of my soul.

As your Holistic Nutritionist I will be your wellness co-pilot. Together, we’ll examine where you’re currently succeeding and where you feel you could use some help.

By gradually introducing healthy eating habits and lifestyle changes I will help bring you a greater sense of ease while learning effective ways to shop, snack, and prepare food while navigating through eating in social situations.

Through my tailored plans and concierge services I will help you have more time for yourself while being able to lose weight, gain energy and confidence, slow down the aging process, have less sick days, kick the breakouts and PMS, increase your sex drive, and obtain more balance in your life.

There’s no counting or tracking anything, just lots of empowerment to develop a deeper understanding of yourself, your body, and your soul.

My mission is to connect with as many people as I can by being my most authentic self to provide a space where others feel they can be the same way.  By helping others get to that place, they’re able to step into who they know they are deep in their soul.

I love my clients dearly and I want them to get the most out of the time that they have with me. By being straight forward in my approach clients are able to get to their “aha moment” faster. This isn’t for everyone but for those that it is, you’ll get great results.

I work privately with men + women who struggle with weight loss, clear skin, and slow aging by being their co-pilot to help them feel and look their best.

I’m integrative in my approach, which allows me to look at how all the areas in your life are connected- relationships, career, physical activity, and spirituality.

I keep it real by talking about any and everything with no hesitation and occasionally cursing to make a point. After all, I am a New Yorker.
