Soul Wellness Glow Smoothie

The Glow Smoothie is our secret weapon to daily eating.  It helps to regulate hormones (hello clear skin, better periods, and energy), provides your muscles, cells, and brain with nourishment (goodbye brain fog), and keeps you full for hours (hallelujah).

Our one-on-one clients, both in-person and virtual begin immediately on this recipe and big shifts begin to happen.

(If you’re traveling, you’ll omit a few things – notes below)

Soul Wellness Glow Smoothie

      • 1 cup water
    • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
    • 1 large handful of spinach
      • 1/4 avocado
    • 2 tbsp ground flax seed
    • A few dashes of cinnamon
    • Blend & enjoy!
  • I like to add cacao nibs and hemp seeds at the end to encourage chewing and it give it a crunch!
  • Bonus *add your favorite superfoods like astragalus root powder, cacao, reishi etc.

Note: Feel free to add more liquid if the smoothie is too thick!

If you’re feeling hungry within two hours after drinking this, try adding another scoop of protein powder, more flax seed, and 1/4 more avocado (equating to 1/2 of an avocado)

If you’re traveling…

Make yourself baggies of the dry ingredients only. Omit the spinach and avo.

Be sure to get some greens in there so either add Philosophie Green Dream powder, or use chlorella &/or spirulina powder.

If you’re bringing a mini blender or have access to one, pick up some avocado at your destination, otherwise bring a shaker bottle and make it without the avocado.

If you don’t have access to a blender bring some individual packs of coconut mana or oil with you to eat with the smoothie — the fat in there makes all the difference to the way the whole smoothie affects your body!

Be sure to add some of your favorite crunches like hemp seeds or cacao nibs and chew!  Digestion starts in the mouth!

Let us know you’re thoughts and how it works for you! So happy to be sharing this with you all! xx

Hi Anna! 100%! I make these for my meal delivery clients have have them pop them in the freezer! They get them in the cups, but you could use plastic zip-locks. Just add the ingredients to your blender and 2 cups of water and/or unsweetened dairy-free milk and blend! Let me know how it goes!! xoxo
