Slow Aging CBD Beauty Bites

One of my specialities is slow aging, so naturally, I love making beauty food*.

When Brooke Rewa of Renew Juicery proposed shooting a video with me I couldn’t be more excited! We created a nutrient-packed, CBD oil beauty bite that will keep your energy, hormones, and mood elevated!

Beauty Food // Any foods that help you look and feel radiant (defined by me)

Cannabidiol (CBD) is the non-psychoactive part of the marijuana plant. Scientist are doing amazing research on the compound and what they’re finding is pretty remarkable. Coinciding with this fantastic research is the emergence of CBD based products from places such as CBD Oils UK that are supposedly having fantastic health benefits for people.

Our bodies naturally have cannabinoid receptors that are part of the Endocannabinoid system which is involved in many processes in our body. Mood, immunity, appetite, and pain to name a few.

We’re seeing more and more emerging research on CBD’s ability to help with anxiety, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s, PTSD, sleep, digestion, and my favorite; inhibiting the progression of breast, lung, prostate and colon cancers, through the use of products such as cbd gummies and cbd oil.

CDB is a a gift from Mother Nature. If you want to get your hands on cbd oil, as there are so many on the market, looking into the best CBD oil of 2019 will hopefully make your decision a lot easier. Considering you are going to use this oil for health reasons, I’m sure you only want the best. Your health should always be your top priority. Coconut Manna

Coconut Manna is a ridiculously delicious treat that comes from dried coconut flesh. It’s full of healthy fats which will sustain your energy and your hormones. Do not be afraid of fat. Fat removes fat and is essential to the way we feel, and the way we look. For this, I consider Manna to be a beauty food.

Brooke and I used manna for the base of our Beauty Bite recipe.

Take advantage of this amazing food and add it to smoothies, tonics, or do like I do and eat it with a spoon out of the jar!

*Add a little bee-pollen for an extra boost in energy, B vitamins, and aminos.

Add all ingredients to a food processor, or blender until mixed together. Get in there with your hands and make small balls. Use your favorite superfoods to coat the outside and/or put in the inside.

Put in the refrigerator for 20 mins to harden and chill.

We used:

*My favorite is goji berry center with chia seed outside.
