Mineral Salt // Used for centuries as a healing agent, mineral salt will your skin fight bacteria, inflammation, and nourish it with trace minerals. Use it as an exfoliator by applying in gentle circle motions.
- 1/4 banana
- 1/4 Avocado
- 1/2 tablespoon EVOO
- 1 teaspoon Pearl Powder
- 1 Probiotic capsule
- 2 pinches of mineral sea salt
- 1 mixing bowl
- Add all ingredients to bowl
- Use a whisk or hand blender to mix
- Cleanse your beautiful face
- Liberally apply the mask while rubbing in circular motions allowing the sea salt to exfoliate.
- Set a timer for 15-20 mins
- Take a couple of deep breaths, light a candle, hop in a bath, grab a book, or put on your favorite meditation app
